James Beaumont "Beau" Adams, 49, of New Palestine, IN, passed away April 28, 2017. He was born October 13, 1967 in Greenfield, IN to Ronald Adams and Georgia Bundy-Petrarca. After completing his education, James worked as a carpenter for the Union and served as the Vice President of the Carpenter's Local 758, recently changed to the Local 103. He was a Delegate in national affairs for the Carpenter's Union and was known affectionately as "Beau" by his union brothers. He was a Past Worshipful Master of "Wayne Guthrie's Masonic Lodge 753"in Indianapolis and also a drummer in the Shriners Highlanders. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and lived life to the fullest; enjoying each and every moment he shared with his family and friends.
James is survived by his father, Ronald Adams and step-mother, Tamey (Frey) Adams; mother, Georgia Bundy-Petrarca and step-father, Charles Petrarca; brother, Ronald R. Adams; brother, Brett W. Adams; as well as two step-brothers, Casey T. Wills and Koby G. Wills.
Services for James will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, a 5:00 PM with visitation from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM prior to service at Hendryx Mortuary – Cumberland Chapel, 11636 East Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. A celebration of life will follow at the Round The Corner Pub's Annex Building, 19 S Bittner Rd, New Palestine, IN 46163. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in James' name to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are being handled by Hendryx Mortuaries.
