Music Emblem

Our cherished Kenneth Francis Campo, named after the Patron Saint of Assisi, nobly followed the Saint's lead in looking after the poor and the ill. We lost Ken on April 4, 2018. He is survived by the enchantment of his eye; his wife, Arpita Campo; father-in-law, Dr. Tripurari Sinha; mother-in-law, Lily Sinha; sister-in-law, Preeti Gupta; nephew, Anil Jai Gupta; and niece, Lina Lara Gupta; and sister, Valerie Pate of Paso Robles, California. He was preceded in death by his father, Arnold Campo; and mother, Lillian Campo. Ken's father was a Truman Presidential Cabinet Member, and his mother was a famous personnel director. Ken was born in Manhattan, New York, but was raised in Seattle, Washington by his parents. Ken was an electrical engineer for GMI Industries in Las Vegas for much of his career. He was an accomplished professional guitarist and made a record album with a Seattle band in the eighties. He was also a highly skilled martial artist, who studied the art from a young age. Above all, Ken enjoyed being with his wife, Arpita, anywhere in the world.
The loss to his family, his friends, and to the world is incalculable.
However, the world was a much more beautiful place with Ken in it. He was a very kind and generous person, who gave out blankets to those in need in India and elsewhere. He supported orphanages.

Private services are being held at Sacred Path Unitarian Universalist Church, 1818 W 57th St, Indianapolis, IN 46228 at a later date. Online condolences may be made to or to the Hendryx Mortuaries' Facebook page.

Hendryx Mortuaries is honored to be assisting the family with the services.
